We aim to ship all orders within 24-48 hours of your order being confirmed.

If your order has not shipped out by then, your order may be on pre-order and is not due to be sent until a later date.

Once your order ships out an email will be sent to you informing you of shipment. If you have selected tracked shipping at checkout a tracking reference number will be included in that email.
If you have not selected tracked shipping then we will be unable to offer you a tracking number.

Our usual shipping times are as follows: 

UK: 2-5 Business Days (Maximum time 2 Weeks)
EU: 5-10 Business days (Maximum time 5 Weeks)
Rest of World: 10-20 business days (Maximum time 8 Weeks) 

What is your shipping policy?

In the event that you would like to return your order for either, an exchange or a refund, you can do so within 14 days of receiving it.
Please ensure that you send your item to the correct returns address based on where you are.

Please include a note within the package stating your order number, contact details and details of what you would like: a refund or an exchange. 
 

Exchange: If you would like to exchange your item please also include details of either the new size or the new item which you would like.
 

Refund: If you are requesting a refund please note that once the package has been processed you will receive your refund within 5 working days.

 
Can I return/exchange items if I change my mind?
Yes, of course, please just ensure that the items have not been worn or washed and are still in perfect condition.

Do you offer refunds?
Yes we do offer refunds as long as the items are returned to us in perfect condition.

Can I return a sale item?
You can return any item on the store as long as it is in perfect condition, unless stated otherwise.

 

What is your returns policy?

If an item is out of stock, please sign up for the stock alert option if available. 
That way you will be informed of any new stock deliveries.

If there is no stock alert option, we recommend keeping an eye on the store for further updates.
